Through the divinity and humanity of the Christ, Christians and believers share the stories through word of mouth. The Son of God is also evident from the sacred texts of the Gospel testimonies which include the wonders and recoveries on people achieved by Jesus, and from the witness to his death, resurrection and ascension into heaven by his followers and other eyewitnesses. The beliefs of the divinity recognise his relationship to God as Son. Jesus’s divinity showed Jesus’ role to be the salvation of humanity and to resurrect and rise to defeat death. In the Gospel of John 1:14 “The Word became

Saliba Writing Style Used: APA Fifth Course and Section Number: Theo 201 – B16 Short Essay on Inspiration and Inerrancy of the Bible First we’ll discuss the authority of the bible; Authority is defined as “the right and power to command”. The authority of the bible comes from the fact that the fact that the bible is the physical result of God revelation of himself to mankind. In John 1:14 it says “14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Jesus is described as the word of god. And Mathew28:18 say “Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”.
God wanted us to love him but also want us to fear him as well. Christians believe that God is the father of creation and Kings of Kings. Christians would explain the characteristics different because of the opinions and views that they have. As a Christian I view God as loving, mercy, and forgiving. He loves us just as much as he love his only son.
God created the heavens and the earth as stated in the first chapter, first verse of the book of Genesis, found in the Old Testament. Genesis 1:27 also states that we as human beings, were created in God’s own likeness by him. We as Christian people are fully devoted the to the origin explanation found in Genesis and a few other books of the bible. Identity is a tough subject for many people as we have been given this earthly body as one identity, and our soul could be considered another identity. Christians, in order to move on to Heaven, need to make the two as one while keeping in the image of God.
The song tells us that "he had prospered from that before, the protector of warriors." He exemplifies physical strength when he tears off Grendel's arm, fights sea monsters all through Norway, and carries thirty suits of armor, swimming. Lastly courage correlates with strength but not enough that it can't be its own heroic quality. Beowulf shows his courage in a multitude of ways, whether it be from giving Wiglaf his armor or fighting Grendel. Although those are virtually the same, you can go deeper into the tasks and detail his courage.
It is not a reliable way. This includes reasoning and making predictions without further testing. Faith is another way that a lot of Christian believers us to seek the truth. The faith based way of seeking the truth is different from the scientific method in that it can answer a lot of questions about the most important truths. (Religious-Science.com 2008) The truths about the purpose of life and that our creator, God wants us to be happy and that he has a plan for each one of us.
The poem had to appeal to Anglo-Saxons and his fellow Christians precisely because they were attempting to merge their own beliefs and at times during the poem those beliefs appear to amalgamate. Actions and events will expose both beliefs as they appear distinct from each other throughout the story. The Christian influences were combined with early folklore and the heroic legends of the German tribes. As Christianity and paganism are intertwined in the poem Beowulf reveals both Christian and pagan influences. Therefore, it would be understandable to suggest that the original pagan scop, who sang of this epic poem, was influenced by Christian beliefs but then a Christian monk finally put it on paper.
I know this is true because it says so in the Bible. I believe the Bible is the word of God, given to man, and written into a book. My view on this is the same as Billy’s view on the nature of God. Billy said “The Bible is a book of Redemption, and of course I accept the Creation story. I believe that God did create the universe.” (Letters to Creationist, 2010).
Christianity Worldviews Origin-Genesis 1:1 shows God creating the heavens and the earth in the beginning. Christianity affirms that “God is the infinite, personal (triune), transcendent and immanent, omniscient, sovereign and good being who created the universe.” (James Sire, The Universe Next Door, p.23, 26). To say that God is infinite is to say that He is a necessary Being and there was never a time when God did not exist. God is transcendent in that He is not part of the creation, but separate from it. However, He is also immanent, in that He cares for His creation, enough to reveal Himself to mankind.
This evidence is consistent with Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Paul eluded to this when he said that God’s invisible qualities, eternal power, and divine nature is clearly seen, being understood by what has been made, so that men are without excuse (Rom.1:20). Therefore, we are to worship the Creator and not the creation (1:25). But fallen man do not give God the honor and glory for all the beauty and order He designed in His wonderful universe He created.
