If the proper software and hardware is put into the stores then they will have more money to use when needed and would not have to get loans. It would make life more enjoyable for Kathy again and she will have more time to do what she really loves to do and interact with customers. There are so many answers to this question (i.e. take on another job, Go to or go back to college, or seek public assistances etc.) all that is an excellent answer, but it is hard to do, especially if a single parent cannot be there for their kid(s) if they take on another job(s) they will spend all their time at work to support their kid(s); or some people cannot go to or back to college because their multiple job requires them to work long hours and if they seek help from the government it is so much they can do considering the economy crisis. That is why it is important to increase the minimum wages so they won’t sacrifice their time with time away from their family and could enroll in or go back to school/college to earn their GED or degree so they could have better paying job. I would have some difficulty ordering the parts possibly which could delay the repair but it would eventually get fixed and possibly much cheaper than calling a repair man. Conclusion: Using the creative process enabled me to isolate the problem and develop two possible solutions. After discussing the solutions with my wife we agreed that calling a repair man was the best decision because time is more important than the possibility of saving a few dollars. By using the creative process I have opened my mind to numerous ideas and developed two viable solutions. If I did not used the creative process, I may have overlooked the obvious problem and just replaced the refridgerator which would cost me lots of money.

Employees also want to know you are making investment in them. By having regular trainings to keep employees up on the menu, safety regulations, and customer service the employer is showing there invested. If kids have year-round school, they probably would keep their grades. Plus, they would also learned good behavior being there so long. They also could be more social instead of being a couch potato all summer long. When kids keep their grades up and has good behavior, teachers get through work being happy and untired.
