A.1.a. Pre-K Strengths Because of the ever changing demographics in our system this can be very beneficial and has some great advantages with our program. With more non-English speaking children coming into our system this is encouraging our teachers to learn another language. In return it is helping with the language barrier we are facing in our current days. Our system could also look into hiring more teachers with the added benefit of speaking multiple languages and creating more jobs in our area.
Acquire or Develop Talent Tanglewood should acquire talent, because it wants to keep performance and customer service at high levels. In addition, while old stores under Tanglewood have the same basic look, the management styles and human resource can use some improvements. Acquire talent is very helpful for new stores, because employees would “hit the ground running” and be at the peak performance the moment they arrive. Hire Yourself or Outsource Personally, I think Tanglewood should hire itself. Outsourcing is more practical for small and medium companies.
The way I improved my paper was taking my instructors constructive criticism and making the necessary corrections, to the best of my ability. I had obvious problems with the comma usage, dangling modifiers, and it was no question that I have to improve my vocabulary. Referring back to the text book and using the Thesaurus definitely helped me make the best revisions that I can make. The most challenging part of this assignment for me was to expand the use of my vocabulary. I know a lot of words; I just don’t use them in my everyday conversation, thus making it more difficult to incorporate in my essay.
If you start jumping around in the text the reader won’t be able to follow along. Also when writing don’t write more then you need to. The reader may get bored, tried, or lost, and won’t be motivated to read the text. In conclusion when writing there are many different hints, templates, and styles. Using different styles will increase the performance of writing.
I love a story that is very detailed because it gives me the chance to place myself in the story and really get into it. I can compare my life to what is written in the book and it just makes the reading much more interesting and fun.
One of the expectations of a successful novel is ‘Entertainment’ this is needed to keep a reader amused and not bored with the book. This can be done by providing many funny events, relationship highs and lows and of coarse drama. This is clearly shown throughout the whole book, but a main point of interest was at the beginning of the book when the author creates a humorous an witty situation when Josie is reading ‘Hot Pants’ magazine in
Another reason this novel is well written is because it’s comedic. It’s funny and entertaining. Not everything in this novel is a joke, but the way the main character, Violet, explains her thoughts and thinks about everyday happenings is very entertaining and could probably make lots of people chuckle. Books with a hint of comedy are slightly hard to come by. It’s easy to find a cheesy book that is so cheesy it isn’t even funny and books that are so serious that you could read the entire novel cover to cover without a single facial expression.
The existing facial profiling systems are far from being [Doctoral rule (but good advice for any academic writer)--If not a noun (as in "human being"), the word "Being" is hard to imagine; it means "existing." Law enforcement agencies develop effective surveillance procedures, but these procedures imply that any type of personal communication can be subject to legal monitoring. As a result, there is a “possibility of sharing of sensitive private information between several agencies with no safeguards for their future use” (Schwabe, 2003) [Needs page number] . Although surveillance procedures can prevent possible terrorist threats, they can also break citizens’

Faber’s Knowledge Books are something everyone takes advantage of, nobody knows how important they are until they’re gone. In Ray Bradbury’s novel Fahrenheit 451 Montag goes to Faber to seek advice about the books. He finds out Faber’s beliefs in book’s purpose, quality, and the leisure of people. Faber also believes that fear of the truth in books drove people away, and now without the books there is only chaos. When Faber told Montag what the purpose of books were, he spoke, “Books are a receptacle where we stored a lot of things we were afraid we might forget,” so without them everything would slowly be forgotten (83).
