Because search engines can easily seek out any product and service anywhere in the world instantly, there is an increasing number of consumers using the internet as their purchase medium of choice (Smith and Chittenden, 2013). In order to seize the opportunity, many businesses in China have already developed their platforms and strategies for internet selling. The objective of this essay is to investigate into the internet selling and promotion strategies of my business by analyzing the current utilization of the internet to maximize sales, the achievements resulted from the current internet utilization, the difficulties and barriers to realize the full potential of the internet, the future plan to further maximize the potential internet selling and promotion opportunities, and the opportunities and threats of internet selling. 1. THE COMPANY Noble Pacific Limited (NPL) is one of the most famous Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) businesses for plastic products in the Guangdong Province, China. It majorly provides tool design and production, molding and injection, surface coating, vacuum metallization and assembly services for plastic products. Local sales occupy 60% of the company’s total revenue and the remaining proportion comes from Japan, Europe and the North America. The company’s major products include electronic cases for mobile phones and headphones; cosmetic containers for compact powders and lipsticks; home appliance cases for dehumidifiers and air purifiers. 2.
