Benefits of Exercising What are the benefits of exercising? Exercising helps with weight control leaving people with a body that makes them feel more satisfied and healthy. It promotes a better sleep, can put a spark back in a persons more intimate life and exercise can just be fun. There are many benefits to exercise. A lot of people today have trouble staying at a healthy weight level. Exercise helps people control their weight level and be healthy. Lets admit that most people rather have their favorite sweets and/or foods rather than eat more healthy, and that’s where exercise can come in. People can enjoy their favorites while at the same time keeping their weight under control. A person can who has drop weight can exercise and not have to sacrifice their total eating habits. Exercise plays a major role in weight control. Exercising also can help with depression. Just going to the gym for thirty minutes can help a person feel happier. For example your body releases this chemical called endorphins that interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain and triggers a positive feeling in the body.
