Benefits of exercise to young people Every individual should regularly exercise because this could reduce the risk of illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and many more. Exercise can keep you fit and healthy and can improve your daily lifestyle. This can be done 3 or 4 times a week, which will make your immune system better. Physical activities can boost your self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy to take part in such activities. Part of exercise there is physical fitness, confidence, energy, stronger self-esteem about you. Exercise makes you feel better about yourself; it makes your appearance better. Exercise makes you achieve something in life. It develops healthy bones, muscles etc. It develops a healthy heart and lungs. It maintains a healthy body and mind. The long term benefits of exercise are that you will have a better immune system, have less risk of having diabetes and you will have a less chance of becoming obese/ overweight. It reduces feelings like depression or anxiety. Exercise also improves you mental health like your brain it makes you more concentrate on your work and makes your memory better as well. Exercise also controls your weight which would reduce fat if you do keep fit. It also improves your sense of well-being. You should exercise daily like a 30 minute walk up and down your road which would help you to be active and healthy. Too much exercise isn’t good but plan your exercise out like 30 minutes doing one thing than having a break and then going back to do jogging etc. There is many ways to keep fit by exercising which you have heard like jogging, sports in school like- aerobics, tennis, football, cricket and many more which would keep you fit.
