There are things which are essential in people’s life. One of them is sport. It is needless to say that doing sports we improve our health. But of course, like everything in the world, sport also has both advantages and disadvantages. Firstly, sport gives people a big amount of positive emotions and get rid of aggression. So, people avoid stress and bad thoughts. For example, while exercising people want to have fun and vary their routine lives. As the result, they relax and enjoy the time which is not wasted and these moments are unforgettable! As for me, when I skate, I’m always in a great mood! I am happy and when I come home everything around is beautiful. Another advantage is that sport forms a character. To reach some target, people should make a great effort. Sometimes people even have to sacrifice their time. And there are those, who do it for sport. They really want to succeed and work hard so that achieve their aim. That is why people, who want to become successful, are high achievers. Moreover, sport increases stamina. Regular trainings improve your health’s state and as a result your organism becomes strong and thus is able to resist bad illnesses. Person who is always in poor health does not give the impression of responsible one. So, people prefer communication with healthy individuals. But at the same time there are negative effects of sport. The first drawback is that sport threatens our health. We can get an injury while exercising. One wrong act could cause serious hurt. It means that we should be attentive and take care of our health. Besides, overtraining can lead stunted growth, skeletal injuries and other diseases.
