There are so many things that are misunderstood. For example, think about a bee. Bees, such as honeybees, play a big role in agriculture. Everyone thinks that all bees do in the day is fly around buzzing at people while trying to sting them. Bees really don’t do that. They have no interest is people (Bees Are Misunderstood, Experts Say). They actually help us a lot. We don’t have to be afraid of bees… we have to save the bees. What I’m trying to say is, bees are misunderstood because everyone thinks that bees are out to get them, when really they are just trying to help the planet. Bees don’t just want to sting you. Remember, when a bees stings you, it loses it stinger and dies. Think about it, why would a bee want to die? Bees only want to sing you when you try to touch them, annoy them, or get too close to their hive (Cole 10). When a bee stings you, the stinger is pulled out of the bee. When it is pulled out, it pulls out part of the bees internal organs. Only some bees, like the queen bee don’t lose their stinger. If you think about it, bees help us. They make honey that is used in so much of our food today. Honey is used in ice cream, cake and other sweet items. It is also used to ward off cancer cells. Bees provide pollination. If bees weren’t pollinating our food, all we’d eat is stuff like “grains and grasses.” By pollinating flowers, it’s helping flowers reproduce. If we didn’t have bees, our plants would die, which would lower the oxygen levels on earth. Bees are dying every minute and if we don’t start saving the bees then we will barely have anything to eat. You can help the bees by planting things that bees like. If bees like the flowers that you plant then you’ll get bees! You can also create a natural habitat. Set aside a little space in your garden and make it go wild. That can help create a safe place for bees to
