Dear Shorthorn Editor, I am writing in response to your request that I critique Balko “What You Eat Is Your Business”. I move that we do not subject the UTA community with this article as it does not meet the rhetoric requirements for such a controversial issue. Balko’s message is clear but the way he sets it up isn’t proper for an audience as diverse as the UTA community he is evoking the emotion of irritation and anger. And Balko is not clearly presenting himself ethnically on the issue may draw anger upon the Shorthorn as though we are responsible overall for how the UTA students view the issues in the newspaper.
