Currently as a Private Investigator, I gather, analyze, compile and report information regarding individuals or organizations to clients. In particular, I provide a full range of investigations and investigative related services to law firms, businesses and private individuals to include, court and law enforcement record research. Utilizing a wide range of investigative related skills, computers, data mining services electronic devices and photographic equipment, I detect and report occurrences of deception, unlawful acts or infractions of rules in both individual’s personal life as well as private establishments.
As a Third Judicial Circuit Certified Process Server, I serve a wide range of court related documents from various states and jurisdictions, to include summons, subpoenas and notice of hearings, ensuring complete compliance with Florida Statutes, Chapter 48, Process and Service of Process, as well Florida’s Third Judicial Circuit Administrative Orders.
As an Investigative Supervisor for OMNISEC International Investigations, I was responsible for the supervision and investigative support of 20 Employee Investigators and 400 Contract Investigators conducting extensive background investigations for The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Bureau of Customs and Border Protecting (BCBP), and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ensuring investigations were completed in a timely manner and entered into various reporting systems.
While in the Navy, I supervised and trained both civilian and military personnel clerks, responsible for maintaining and updating approximately 13,000 staff and student personnel files. I established goals, objectives, and workload priorities to accomplish administrative procedures in an expedient and simplified manner. I wrote and edited, letters, publications and directives concerning personnel administration.
