There is no trick or substitute for this objective. The hard work in the classroom is absolutely fundamental in order for firms and companies to even give an applicant a chance. A student’s G.P.A must meet the requirements of an employer to even be considered for review. In Grand Valley State’s recent Pre-Recruiting night for accounting majors the requirements ranged from 3.0 to 3.5, with most employers in the 3.0 to 3.3 range. Inside have your resume and references ready to share, and have a pen and paper for anything you want to write down, and to have your questions ready when they ask you if you have any questions.
