Exercise 2.4 Academic Autobiography At five years old, I had already discovered what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to attend college and become a prosecuting attorney. After years of watching Law and Order, I knew that this career choice was right for me. Throughout primary, middle, and high school I continued my preparation for my college destination by having diligent study habits and keeping my GPA as high as possible. While I have yet maintain a job as a high school student I believe that my academic experiences have still prepared me well for my upcoming college academic career. Throughout high school I have taken rigorous courses including several AP classes that have made me accustomed to a large work load. Beginning college can be extremely stressful, highlighting one’s strengths and weaknesses. While in high school a student could have been able to make A or B honor roll without studying much or doing all of their homework, in college this could be a weakness for them due to needing to study more and not being used to this. I believe my strengths in college will be my studious habits and my diligence. However, I believe my weaknesses will be balancing out my social and academic life. I have always been an extremely studious yet social student in previous educational experiences. Homework has always taken first priority in my life. As I begin college I believe these habits will continue on with me into this next level of education. I plan on being a successful student in college just as I was in previous years. I hope to keep my GPA up and continue on into a law school that will appreciate my dedication to
