However, when properly used, the Triple Package leads to success and can be efficiently self-taught. One of the traits of the Triple Package includes a superiority complex. As Chua mentioned, sometimes group superiority can result in disastrous effects. However, many people have superiority instilled in the form of personal superiority. This personal superiority gives us a drive to be better than others and encourages us to strive for success.
It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. The term for the use of free will is personal agency. Personal agency refers to a person’s life choices and the paths that the individual goes down, along with the consequences from these actions (Feist, Feist, & Roberts, 2013). This theory assumes that all people are basically good inside and that all individuals have an instinctual need to improve themselves, as well as the world around them. Included in the humanistic theory is the emphasis on the personal value of one’s worth, the uniqueness of individual values, and the innovative spirit of human beings. The method is optimistic in nature and concentrates on virtuous human capabilities to prevail over pain, deprivation, and hopelessness (Feist, Feist, & Roberts, 2013).

Lastly, the psychological belief in one’s self such as the belief in natural ability helps a person become successful. Gladwell realized that a key ingredient to success is caring. He said that those who develop their talents were able to do so because they were willing to go to further lengths than others. Desire as Gladwell states has a significance that cannot be traced or measured.
Universalism is where people should uphold certain values, such honesty as well as other values that society needs in order to function correctly. Universal principles may be powerful and useful, however what people say, hope, or think they would do is often now what is actually done in the long run. Egoism is acceptable behavior which maximizes benefits for an individual “doing the right thing,’ the focus of moral philosophy is defined by egoism as “do the act that promotes the greatest good for oneself” (mhhe.com, Ethics and Corporate Responsibility). Utilitarianism, unlike egoism, seeks the greatest good for the greatest amount of people. Organizations seek the greats good for the largest amount of consumers they can supply to, increasing their need for product.
Second, “social roles come with the own set of expectations and contingencies that promote a reward structure that calls for becoming more socially dominant, agreeable, conscientious, and less neurotic” ( Roberts, 2004) . This when an adult realizes when to choose his or her fights. He or she is more confident and probably has realized that life changes constantly and it is very hard to control. A third and finally principle states “that the dominant pattern of role investments seen in quasi-universal tasks of social living, such as developing a career and career identity, helps explain the normative patterns of personality change that result from role investments” ( Roberts, 2004). Becoming a parent can be an example of this.
It helps people work out what they want in their lives and make them feel stronger and more confident. It puts to good use the contributions made from service agencies, to ensure they are based upon what is important to that person, from their own perspective.
