It’s been about 2 years that I have lived in my apartment. It is the second floor of a two family house, but pretty big and spacious. The house itself is located on a dead end street in Malden. There are four bedrooms, one living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a washing and drying machine. And, also, we share a huge basement with our neighbors from the first floor. If you just look at the house it looks very nice. It is colored in white and green. There are couples of big rose bushes from both sides of the porch, and green grass around the house. There is also a small parking space on the right. Then one opens the door of the house, the first thing that catches your eye is stairs which lead right to the second floor of our apartment. They are covered with carpet. Inside of the house all the walls are colored in white. There is a carpet in every bedroom and also in the living room. And in the kitchen we have a marble floor. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to rent an apartment by myself, so I share it with 3 more people. To be honest, I cannot say that I am hundred percent satisfied with the place I live. But this is just because after years of staying at the same place, you can notice pros and cons you never did notice from the first glance. The most important thing for me about my apartment is its location. As I already said, it is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. This is very nice, because we don’t have much noise: no barking dogs, no beeping cars and no noisy neighbors. The second thing I love about the neighborhood is that we have easy Access to public transportation: walking distance to a train station and bus stop is right on the corner of our street. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around, 7 minute walk to Stop and Shop, banks, a post office, hair and nail salons, a Walgreens , a CVS, a police station and a fire
