His actions just showed how much he didn’t care and how he got in the way of the development of the state as a whole. The whole time he didn’t allow new people to be elected into these positions, it left the state in the mean time exposed to danger of invasion from the outside and other disturbances from
Us, animals were blindfolded by him and never realized he took advantage of the lack of knowledge we had just for the his benefit now and later in the future as well. Napoleon was very smart and cunning. He always criticized Snowball’s ideas and thoughts. We would always be against what Snowball and what he would say but the thought of Napoleon trying to overcome Snowball and kick him out never came in our minds. Napoleon’s personality was the Major reason why he ascended power.
A lot of them speak negatively about Kim, I think | |that part of this is because she is from another culture and they do not like that change. It also seems that specifically David was being | |self-centered on this particular day. He placed blame on Kim even though it could easily have been his own fault for not being clear with his | |instructions. He also clearly did not realize, or care that Kim had been working hard all day to finish many projects and had forgone her own | |breaks to help everyone else. Another reason why I think they resemble Theory X is because everyone brings their requests to Kim, they have little| |desire to try to do things on their own and take everything to someone else to be done.
With the working class not being able to side directly with the “hawks” or “doves” it left them without a voice. The questioning of the government trickled into the actual soldiers in Vietnam causing them to desert the military or just refuse to fight. This alienated a large part of the American public and caused a even more divided country then there already was, one without a clear focus, goal or
He made a few speeches that give the audience a bad view of him and make him look arrogant and ignorant. “…Just because the Kaiser makes a speech or two…Everything to loose with war, and nothing to gain.” And to Eric, “…And I say there isn’t a chance of
Everything he did was trying to win over the people and get him re-elected. He hardly ever delivered on his promises. He built up a massive deficit because he knew he wouldn’t have to be the one to answer for it. He was not particularly respected by his peers because of his radical views and aggressive politics. His plans were never meant to implemented but were only to be used as a tool to gain him power.
Just like these two there were many people who did not even like that there was a war in the first place but there was really no choice. Lincoln at one point did not even feel that he was capable enough of completely getting rid of slavery because he knew that it would cause problems in the future. He knew that abolishing slavery would turn the north and south against each other even more than it already had. (Pederson, Estell, & Kenneth, 1994). Just because he did not immediately take advantage of his position, probably do what any other would do today, and abolish slavery does not mean he supported it.
Its view is invalid, mainly because there isn’t a South Vietnamese opinion to back it up, that the South Vietnamese government had gained in credibility. This makes the source’s credibility pitiful, as he provides no proof. The only Hess provides is that of an American General, who probably wouldn’t say anything that went against his side, which would question his successfulness. And he does as I thought. He says that “with Tet, the Government of Vietnam had won a major battle for the hearts and minds of the South Vietnamese” which is a statement I find to be criminally wrong, not only because of the reasons pre-mentioned but because he has hindsight.
Government Shutdown The government shutdown was something that I was angry about, but I could not really pinpoint why. I had recently never heard of a government shutdown and I really did not know the ramifications of an issue of this magnitude. There were so many thoughts going through my head, but I did step back and realize that those ideas were probably ludicrous at best. I thought that the government would not exist anymore for the time being and that really got under my skin. After a personal analysis I realized that I was upset because I felt as though there was absolutely no reason for the government to be shutdown.
I protested because the “Stand Your Ground Law” made it possible for a man to walk away from his mistake without consequence and another man isn’t even privileged to see the light of another day. You see it disgusts the very pit of me to see my time lines filled with IGNORANCE in regards to this situation. The Trayvon Martin story is much bigger than you and I. It is much darker than any shade of skin color. And my skin cringes at the very thought that half of you don’t even know what you protest for.
