Hong Kong Disneyland was built by The Walt Disney Company and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. And it is owned by the Hong Kong International Theme Park Limited which is a joint venture company found by TWDC and HKSAR. It is the eleventh and smallest theme park of Disney, but the first Disney them park to be built in China, and the second Disney resort attraction in Asia. Hong Kong Disneyland was officially opened on 12 September 2005. It located at Penny’s Bay, at the northeastern side of Lantau Island. The resort is about 300 acres, which includes the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and the Disney’s Hollywood Hotel. The original Disneyland Park in California inspires the design of the park, with seven features themed areas: Main Street, USA., Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch and Mystic Point. There are more than one hundred rides, attractions and entertainment experiences. Also, the expansion program is still in progress, such as the Marvel Land and the exotic theme new hotel is under constructing for the enjoyment of visitors. Hong Kong Disneyland has a strong financial support and resources backup by the Hong Kong Government and Disney. Disney listed as the 17th world most valuable brand. (Forbes, 2013) Disney has excellence management system and over fifty years experienced for operating theme parks worldwide. It enhances the trust and confident of customers to the quality of the park. To have an incredibly strong brand awareness is a powerful strength for Hong Kong Disneyland’s development. The Interbrand ranked Disney to be the 14th most recognizable global brand. (Interbrand, 2013) Since TWDC is the largest global media and entertainment corporation.
