Keywords: team leadership, teamwork, project management, technology, project performance, survey research 2.0 Rational and Significance of Study The Current Trends in Industry: That effective teamwork is crucial to project performance is seemingly obvious. Virtually all organizations, from computer manufacturers to retailing and medical suppliers, pay attention to teamwork. But few managers know their organizations well enough to create a team environment that is optimally conducive to the professional needs of their team members. Having such an environment, however, affects project performance (Bhatnager, 1999; Keller, 2001; Nellore & Balachandra, 2001). We struggle with the dynamic challenges of today’s very complex world where the world’s interconnectedness and demand on leadership is also intensified. The world needs better leadership and the people within organizations are hungry for the change. They no longer want the narrow circumscribed leadership of the twentieth century. All the learning organization try to impart various traits such as empathy, listening skills, self awareness, etc in the person as leader but this various traits need to learned and implemented by the Coach in Leadership trainings. As the world’s interconnectedness and the demands on leadership have intensified, it is relevant that the movement from successful to significant leadership cannot and will not happen inside our current leadership
