Hence culture can be very integral part of humans. Organizational culture is the combination of values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization. Therefore organizational culture can include the complete process of functioning of an organization, its experiences and expectations towards the outcome of the business and also the pattern of working adopted by the organization. Hence changing the organizational culture can be a very difficult aspect for organizations (Businessdictionary.com, 2014). Globalization caused dramatic effects in the functioning and processing of every organization. Dealing with multiple cultures and ideologies can be a real challenge. Many scholars identified this concept since always and they gave the idea of the difference in cultures and how it affects a person’s psychology and behavior. In the following report we shall discuss how culture affects people and in turn the organizations they work in.
