Alexa Bisignano Advanced Composition Restaurant Evaluation- Aikou I have always loved Asian cuisine Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. There are few Chinese restaurants, few Japenese restaurants, and very few Thai restaurants in my area. That is why when the restaurant Aikou opened up in the town next to me I was thrilled. Aikou is a modern Asian cuisine restaurant. Aikou serves Chinese, Japanese, as well as Thai food. The criterion that I am using to evaluate Aikou is by their products, facility, and service. Since Aikou serves Chinese, Japanese, and Thai their products varied which makes for a better experience. All three of the different cuisines give the guests many options for what they could eat. The menu consists of five full pages back and forth of all the varied products. For their Chinese courses, Aikou has all the classic starters, and entrees, as well as their own signature dishes such as Crispy Sesame Chicken and Shrimp, Grilled Duck Breast, and Miso Black Cod. For Aikou’s Japanese courses they have over 30 signature sushi rolls, as well as traditional sushi rolls. They also have about 10 sushi bar entrees, which gives guests the options to share a platter of assorted sushi and sashimi. Lastly, for Aikou’s Thai dishes they have unique starters such as Thai Crispy Squid. They also have the classic entrees such as Pad Thai (Shrimp, Chicken, and Beef, and Vegetable). All of these products are not only great tasting but are also at great prices. The facility of Aikou is in a great location because it is right in the center of a busy town. The restaurant also comes off as extremely clean and sanitary. The décor of Aikou is chic and makes for a comfortable modern setting.
