To name their new ventures, the brothers decided on Arby’s, which stands for R.B, the initials of the Raffel Brother-although many suspects the R.B stands for roast beef. Although The Front Porch Café and Cuevas Bistro are local favorites, the Front Porch Café turns out to be on top because of its wide variety of entrees, professionally trained staff, and soothing environment. In their menu, service, and atmosphere, both restaurants could not be more different but can be enjoyed all the same. As both of these amazing restaurants continue to serve new and regular customers, there can be nothing less than the great satisfaction of indulging in “out-of-this-world” seafood
I would recommend Kayem Foods, Inc. to continue with the "Buzz" marketing campaign because the Buzz marketing campaign for Al Fresco was an overall success. The BzzAgents reported that they enjoyed the product and thought of it as a healthy alternative to regular sausages. They also reported that the people who tried Al Fresco enjoyed it and that the recipes which were given out were a success. While explaining where and when the agents had shared their Al Fresco, they sounded enthusiastic and genuine about how they felt about the product. The one thing that the agents complained about was the fact that the product was very difficult to find in their favorite supermarkets.

Five Guys’ Burgers and Fries Philosophy From humble beginnings of a small local hamburger joint and a family investment of unused college funds, Five Guys’ Burgers and Fries has a simple philosophy that has led to increasing sales, franchise locations and empowered employees. “A company's philosophy is a distillation of its culture or ambience into a group of core values that inform all aspects of its business practices.” (Spiro, 2010) We know that Five Guys’ has a culture of employee ownership and accountability that sets it apart. That employee accountability is set within its philosophy, along with two other important parts of the business. “Five Guys’ has always focused on three tiers of keeping their customer happy, providing a quality product, and ensuing employee satisfaction.” (Boone, 2012) Most fast food establishments are set to serve the most customers in a specific time period, don’t fulfill customer’s specific needs other than “no mustard” and lack the quality fresh ingredients many consumers want. These typical large fast food establishments utilize flashy signage, expensive advertising and seasonally adjusted menus to gain consumers.
