This will make the university look better as a whole as students’ grade point averages begin to rise. Also the idea of minimal requirements gives students what is called elective flexibility. Electives are the classes that students get to choose what they take. For students who aren’t sure exactly what they want to do, they can take a variety of classes so that maybe they can find something they are interested in.

Every day there are new goals to achieve in my life; every time one of them is accomplished I draw a new one to work towards. One of the first personal goals I worked toward and eventually reached was attaining my BA in Civil Engineering. It took five years to achieve this important goal. Not only did it take hard work and patience but there were also obstacles I had to go through. Because I did not have enough money to pay the tuition, I had to get a job in a call center after school.
The learning curve will present challenges in that, employees will maintain the need to refer to the old system to proceed with business as usual. Possible struggles presented by the learning-curve are expected from several employees. Some will adjust more than others, but the main challenge is in the adaptation or orientation phase. Technologically, since the system is equipped with back up software, it should eventually eliminate the need for hard copy records and files. This will save time in the long run, which should encourage most employees despite their initial frustration with the management system change.
You need structure to keep things in order and to keep chaos down. Structure always seems to make things move smoothly and properly. I think this will also be a good experience to try something different and new. I wanted to be different and accomplish mile high dreams and hopefully this course can help me achieve that. Not only did I choose to participate in this program for academic reasons.

When I was a teenager in high school you graduated and went to college, to work, or in my case, started a family. Choosing the family option, I felt that going to college was something I had passed up for my children, but now that my children are grown I am starting college, which I would have never believed this when I was in high school.

In order to achieve this, a person must graduate high school and college. Many people seem to think life as a high school student and a college student are very similar, but to me they have many differences. When I graduated high school, I decided that I would go to college and I became very aware of not only the differences, but the similarities as well. A couple of the things I noticed were the differences in the scheduling and rules and attitudes, responsibility on my part, and the work load.
First you should major in subject areas that interest and feel passionate about it; consequently, it will make you engage fully with the material you are learning and marketable in a competitive workforce. Beside you should learn who you are, what you love, and where you find yourself good at. Also parents should not interfere and force you to choose a major you don’t like. Even if the you don’t know what you want to be, you can still determine your skills and interest by looking at your academic history, especially in the challenging and comprehensive classes in which you perform well. Moreover you may also reflect on your past experiences, jobs you’ve done to determine your major.
