A teacher with high expectations for his or herself will ultimately pass that quality on to their students. Caring comes naturally for great teachers. When a teacher genuinely cares for the students entrusted to them, they are able to reach them with greater ease. Great teachers make their classroom a place where caring is the norm. In a climate of care, students are more inclined to take up for each other, protect each other, and teach others how to care.

I think for the younger children I will need to implement more colorful objects and thing for them to feel, touch and smell for recognition of the letters we are learning. The classroom setting was wonderful, having all the toys and books and games in the room made it easy for the children to participate in the activity. We planned this out a week in advanced and put together all the things that we were going to need for the activity. Some of the children were distracted easily so I helped them find the objects they were looking for. I think that next time we work on this I will use a helper to keep the children focused on the task at hand.
The preschool/daycare age group is very inspiring to me, because although I have a child of my own, children are very interested in learning new things and they are also very expressive. They are always open to new concepts and enjoy learning. I am very qualified
Robin, and the ages of children in this room are between six to sixteen months. They were in the classroom The areas that I score were 32 in which include this subscales: the space and furnishings, personal care routines, listening and talking, activities, interaction, program structure. I am very impress with the center. I notice that the teacher and the stuff in general have an excellent parents communication. They really involve parent in their children activities and also they talk about children routines and how they can improve that time with the children.
Above, I stated why the topics should be addressed and how important it is for children to have organizations to help better themselves, by being healthy, social, a developing the skills that they should by having open play and encounter with parents, friends, teachers and families. Next, information was given on how important nurture can be for children. Children receive nurturing through social-emotional development and cognitive growth development. Then we went on to discuss the long-term goals, which I believe that they will excel to the highest extreme. Last, we discussed the effectiveness and showed evidence of how it will be effective.
Some schools’ mission statement is the modern equivalent to a motto. “Although our pupils achieve well, we are interested in more than just results. We aim to provide an inspiring, stimulating and enjoyable education for all our pupils, introducing them to a wealth of exciting experiences across the whole curriculum.” How is this reflected? : The pupils’ achievements not only academic but also sporting, artistic, performing and behaviour, both in and out of school are recognised. There is a positive culture of learning and development that is celebrated by merits, certificates, displays and praise from teaching staff.
Over time I was able to see the positive the effects these sessions had on the children and their families. Conducting these sessions has taught me the importance of incorporating the foster parents. I was able to help the parents implement techniques and strategies that resulted positive behavior changes in the children. I have never been more ready or eager to take the next step in my journey and begin my studies in mental health counseling. I believe this program will lead me to a fulfilling career, which will be rewarding in terms of the help I will provide to others.
