An authorization is must for any action for vacant/additional/new position including all activities for acquiring new ones such as recruitment, selection, hiring, placement, transfer, layoff and separation. Recruitment Process 1. Requesting department or manager must submit 2 copies of an approved requisition form for vacant/additional/new position and its job description. One is for HR department and the other one is a copy for requesting department or manager. 2. HR department will accept the requisition form and assign a requisition number for tracking purposes. 3. HR department confirm the details and discuss what method to be used for acquiring applicant/s. Once details are finalized, the computation for expenses for acquiring applicant/s is subject for approval of HR head. 3. After receiving of application forms and resumes, the HR department will choose the most qualified applicant/s and present it to requesting department or manager for them to choose who will qualified for initial interview. Applicant/s with relative in the company will not be accepted. 8 4. HR department will conduct a pre-screening for those applicant/s who have been identified by to requesting department or manager.
