Later on, in 1988 it was the Supreme Court of Canada that would struck down the abortion law as unconstitutional. Since then, Canada has remained as one of the few nations to have no restrictions on this procedure. The objective of this research document on Abortion Access, is to link the topic to its implication at a personal and societal level, starting from the history, legislation, the individuals involved in promoting the right to access these services, and the efforts made by pro-choice and pro-life groups to achieve their goals in regards to abortion. Finally, this document exposes two views, such as the Feminist and Kantian Ethics, as well as my own in direct relationship with the ethical aspect and morality of abortion.
