I believe this truly reflects my personality as I do consider myself well-organized, responsible, and reliable. In terms of leadership, I use these traits well to ensure my team gets the job done. Because I am well-organized, I have a good mindset of what to delegate and when. My team sees me as a responsible and reliable leader. I also scored high on scale-A (agreeableness).
The difficulty pushed me to work harder and harder. I can assert that my perseverance and the hard work that I devote in my studies will help me in maintaining good grades. I understand that personality and character are important factors for maintaining my position in the Honors class. Every single experience I had in life helped me define who I am. Every lesson learned, every obstacle surpassed, every success savored and every dream reached, added up to my own personal magnification.
Keeping each week’s tasks and goals in mind probably improves my chances in being successful in life. Self-Assurance I rely on my drives to decide how to react appropriately to a situation, or an individual, or a crowd. Driven by my talents, I personally feel content too steady improvements I make as an individual throughout life. I have confidence in my talents and knowledge. Infrequently I trust myself enough to test my own endurance and swiftness.
“Transformational leaders are able to increase follower self-efficacy, giving the group a ‘can do’ spirit. Followers are more likely to pursue ambitious goals, agree on the strategic goals of the organization, and believe the goals they are pursuing are personally important” (Robbins & Judge, 2013, p. 384). By evaluating and comparing my characteristics with my admired leader, Janet Mock, “People working for charismatic leaders are motivated to exert extra effort and, because they like and respect their leader, express greater satisfaction” (Robbins & Judge, 2013, p. 381). Developing those additional leadership skills and advancing the characteristics I currently possess, will allow me the opportunity to expand my horizon. Conclusion Understanding and evaluating leadership styles and theories can allow an individual to assess his or her capabilities.
When it comes to them, the majority of people would rather work alone. First of all, their punctuality is very unreliable and they’re usually never on time for work. One day coming to work on time, but then they’ll be late for two or three days straight. Coupled with being late most of the time, they definitely dislike teamwork or working with others, because of their lack of interest. It’s difficult enough to get them to do tasks alone, and teaming them up with a group of people usually has a negative outcome.

Transformational Leadership Eleanora Mcghee Abstract “Transformational leaders encourage followers to become part of the overall organizational environment and its work culture. They empower followers through persuasion and empathic understanding to propose new and controversial ideas without fear of chastisement or ridicule” (Kelly 2003, Stone, Russell & Patterson 2003, p.1). They are energetic, enthusiastic role models passionate about what they do. They are inspirational leaders depicting positive change in their followers by enhancing and motivating the morale and performance of their colleagues; e.g., connecting them to their sense of identity and self, to the mission and organization’s cooperative identity, challenge them to be accountable, to take ownership for their work, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and align them with tasks that optimize their performances (Downton, 1983). Transformational Leadership The world of leadership has changed from focusing on qualities of distinguishing leaders and their followers to focusing on other variables, e.g., situational factors, skill levels, etc.
1) It is apparent from the lack of receiving critical information that frontline construction workers / managers are either not aware of (or buy into) the aggressive timeframe for completing the towers. They also appear to lack a clear method to communicate issues beyond the weekly status meetings. While some of the strongest positive feedback received for Erik has been the organization of these meetings, there appears to be a disconnect in how they are perceived: Construction attendees apparently believe this is where all status, including emergencies, are communicated; Erik and Curt appear to expect it as a routine checkpoint with no surprises. 2) Erik's manager, Jeff Hardy, has not done well at clarifying the General Manager's role, or in helping Erik establishing boundaries for the position. No one has put the brakes on Erik's actions, implying agreement.
What is something that we desire to have, work diligently our entire life for, and will do almost anything to obtain? It is success. Webster's dictionary defines success as "favorable or desired outcome the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence." As humans, we all want to be successful whether it be in school or just life in general. to me success in general is over coming the hard ships faced in order to complete something to beyond proficiency, to me success is getting an A+ on that assignment.
