Humanistic-Encouraging people are accepting of themselves, and accept others for who they are without question or criticism. In fact, those scoring higher on this scale have unconditional positive regard for others. This absolute acceptance enables people to grow the most and take greater responsibility for themselves. I agree with this result and believe that I can assist others in fulfilling their potential by providing a supportive climate that inspires self-improvement. As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them.
I want to help anyone I possibly can, and most would use the word selfless. Almost all the time I am smiling about something. I am a very positive person and like to see the “good” in everyone and everything. I try to make everyone feel special, because they are. There’s more to that smile than just always being happy.
This book also helps show the pride that I have in my family. My family is a big part of my life and I have been proud of them in many ways. My family has managed to remain close even though most of my family still lives in Lithuania and the fact that as a family we are all still close and support each other makes me very proud of the bond that we all share with one another. Lastly, Lithuania has impacted me culturally. I have learned many things from my family that have helped me grow to be a better person.
I remember my dad telling me that “life is what you make it to be and with heart and confidence you can be just about anything you want to be.” Those words always run through my head knowing that anything is possible if you just take the time and try to make it possible. I am grateful and thankful for all they have done for me and will always respect them for all they have given me. My family taught and raised me to get past any obstacle and challenge the world throws at me. I know this medical field is no walk in the park but I will succeed in my studies to be a medical assistant no matter what challenge I have to face. This scholarship will be a helpful start in my medical assisting
I am grateful for everything they do for me, especially all the little things that I did not even realize or appreciate when living at home, but now living away from them I understand how much they do for me, and my brother and sister to keep us happy and content within life, and I will always love them, wherever I am in the world. Another major influence on my life, would be my friends and the friendships which I have created with many different people, of many different cultures and beliefs. I am constantly with my friends, and love nothing more than socializing with them, as we always manage to find something interesting and appealing to do. I have so many memories of being with my friends, and particularly now, within a new environment in a new country, I realize how
2. What are some key personality features that define you? Some key personality traits that would define me would be that I am always bubbly and happy no matter what is going on in my life. My behavior shows that I will go the extra mile for someone in need and I always try to make everyone happy. Even though I might not please everyone in the long run.
He called this personality-type theory. The theory states that people feel that their job or profession is fulfilling if there is a match between some important features of their work and their personality (Holland 2002). I believe I will be successful because I will love what I do. Despite my past or anything in between I know I will be a person that helps others. Even if it’s just a little piece of the puzzle I provide I will have helped in some way give a family the closure they will need when they are in need of comfort.
There were guides that had weapons them so we could be safe and protects. Really going into and experiencing this part of the world has opened up my eyes to never take anything for granted. Coming home from this trip had made me catch an eye opener and allowed me to openly share my experience with friends and family. In the future, I will definitely plan to go back and volunteer again. Going in a seeing the smile on the children’s faces had brought such joy into my life.
All the emotions I was feeling really made it seem like I was actually there, and like I was Mrs. Mallard. It’s always great when you can be able to relate to a story and not only reading. I would have really liked the story way more if it was much longer, but my overall feelings about this story are very strong. I don’t know anybody who experienced anything like this, but I’m pretty sure that it’s people in real life that probably face this type of situation every day. The day that I get married I just hope that neither I nor my spouse would have to go through death or anything else as tragic.
Though, i know that with me being a full time employee and parent, college will be a little more complicated. I know that im on the road to sucess and that alone brings a great sence of sucess to my person, for which im very proud. I am very proud of being a role model to my children and family members.
