Political views aside, most can agree that Barack Obama is an influential and very effective speaker. He is able to inspire masses of people with his simple, yet articulate use of words. He always speaks with a sense of smooth confidence, yet never near the spectrum of arrogance. Most importantly, he is so effective because he accurately knows his audience before performing the speech. Obama is truly talented in his ability to make people identify with him, because the audience feels as if he walked a mile in their shoes.
I love hearing about my clients families and learning all the different things about them as service users enjoys hearing tales about my 2 boys. I always try to find a common interest with my clients so that they feel more confident and relaxed when we are having a conversation I feel if they are relaxed and smiling they become more accepting of care as some service users struggle with the aspects of care. I have a service user who is partially blind and deaf and loves hearing tales about my family and what we have been up to at the weekend as she is housebound so unable to go out anymore so she loves hearing stories of what we do. Sometimes she will tell me of places she went to when she was younger in the Lake District and describes what it was like, I then try and go to visit these places with my children so that I can describe it to her and hope she can relive the memories through what I am telling her. I try to take
Another good character trait was that he was extremely ambitious usually he would pick out tasks that carried a significant amount of weight sometimes even he could not complete them. He was also very obedient to his parents even if it meant that he might miss out on something or if he might get hurt. (pg. 36) After all the problems that he had to face, he obtained a very tough character and learned to work together with his family. One of his most Christian traits was that he was a very giving and generous.
He won the votes of many because he was warm-hearted, friendly and idealistic man. He bore the qualities of mind and character to be the man for the job of President in his time. Things weren’t so easy; Indo-China, Russia, the space race and civil rights issues. Eisenhower as president had a time, but his success was because of the very skills he learned in the military as a
He is seen to be a rich and successful professional American man. He befriends the Garcia’s and helps them to find their way to America. He is now working toward locating meaningful employment for Mr. Garcia. Mr. Garcia sees in Mr. Fanning what he has lost, he sees a well-respected man with a high paying and meaningful career who can easily maintain the comfort and security of his family. In contrast to this, Mr. Fanning also represents the price that must be paid to gain acceptance and opportunity in America.
When he talks to Holly its, “Good morning sunshine” and with Chris he acts cool, “Hey how’s it going man.” It helps him to build better friendships with his us which are pretty much his second family. He really cares about us as people and he shows it by telling us how we can use what we learn in the real world. “Josh when am I ever going to use getting references outside of vector?” “Well you know when you want to get a girls number you’ll know how to ask for it in the right way to where you get it.” We laugh about it and a lot of things that go on around the office. He always makes it fun for us by setting up games and competitions. One game we do is to set up demos and we have two captains and they pick people to be on their team.
He also had a clear goal of observing habits that led to success. By taking time to study himself as well as those around him, he was able to focus on self improvement. By doing so, he became a model for all, including both the poor and wealthy. "Franklin's entire life reflected his belief in self-improvement, and from adolescence until his death at eighty-four, he worked constantly to improve his mind, his body, and his behavior" (PBS 2002). Benjamin Franklin was Born in 1706 to a very large family.

Francie and her brother Neeley had to collect metal scraps to earn money to help support their family. They also worked some other jobs as well for income. Even with the obstacles that Francie and Neeley Nolan had to overcome they still grew up to be smart, successful and polite adults. Francie Nolan’s life is different from mine, but we do share similar authority figures. Francies teachers and my teachers are alike because they both want us to do our best and give us a lot of homework.
I will profit the same time to say thank you to all the staff member of Hodges University, to my fellow classmate, and particularly to my “Chair Program” Dr. Joseph Kibilewski who is always there to assist me with classes and to give me very good advices.
