A Delicious Chocolate Cake One of the best tasting things in the world is Chocolate. Chocolate comes from a tree called “cocoa”, and after a long process; it transforms from cocoa to chocolate cream. In my personal opinion, I love to eat anything that contains chocolate. Even though there are many different recipes for a chocolate cake, in this essay I will be showing you easy steps on how to bake a chocolate cake that I have learned when I was 12 years old. This is a family recipe that comes from generation thru generation. My mom taught my sister and I this recipe. In fact, it has been in my family for decades. Although I have learned different recipes of chocolate cakes, I believe this one is an easy and delicious way to bake a chocolate cake. First, you need to gather the ingredients. They can be found in any grocery store. The ingredients you will need are basics such as flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa, vinegar, oil, vanilla essence, frosting, and water. Among these ingredients, you would also need some utensils, such as measuring cups and spoons, a mixing bowl, and a baking pan. You should start with dry ingredients such as a 1-½ cup of flour, 1tsp. of baking soda, 3 tbsp. of cocoa, 1 cup of sugar, and ½ tsp. of salt in a bowl. Make sure you are measuring the ingredients right, because if you fail to do so, your chocolate cake can end up in a bad tasted experience. Also, try to shake it back and forth because it would help you eliminate clumps. One time, I remember that I could not find my measure cup, so I just measured the ingredients with a regular cup, and then when I tasted the cake, it tasted really bad. I put more salt and baking soda that I should have done. So do not make the same mistake I did. It ended up with me throwing the cake away because there was not way anybody would eat
