Coleman, MPH, CHES 3 Day Intake Paper The food in my recorded intake that provided protein, carbohydrate and lipids are yogurt fruit, McDonald’s premium salad, Southwest w/ grilled chicken, Subway sandwich cold cut combo, Subway roasted chicken noodle, Subway sandwich, double meat turkey breast, subway soup golden broccoli & cheese, Culver's chicken tenders, Dannon yogurt fruit Strawberry, Popeye's mashed potatoes & gravy, and Popeye's spicy chicken wings. My protein intake was within recommended range so I probably wouldn’t need to add or remove anything to keep my goal and nutrient balance. The food choices that might affected my fiber intakes were Dunkin' Donuts chocolate glazed cake donuts, Popeye spicy chicken wings, and the french fries. Yes; I was able to identify patterns the in my diet. It like I do good the first day but then second day I lack on watching the calories and the portion sizes of the food I eat. I would change eating more fruit like kiwi fruit, lemons, limes, pears and eat more vegetables like celery, cucumbers, and eggplant. I would also eat more oatmeal, whole cornmeal, brown rice, lean meats like beef, and turkey. No; my meal did not include any fiber- rich because I did have any chilli bean or beans in my salad. By drink fruit juice instead of eating whole fruit your calorie will go up because of the amount of sugar that is in it and it will double average daily fiber intake. Can make you body immunity weak , make your muscles weak and possibly not be able to rebuild it, you may have bowel problems, infections,and memory lost. If you do not have the right nutrients, vitamins, and protein our body can shut
