#3-Day Diet Analysis Class-Nutrition Science Instructor-Renita Graham Frazier Date-6/10/12 This paper is on my 3 day diet analysis that I have done. Over the past 6 months I have lost a total of 22 pounds. I was 295 six months ago and now I am down to 273. It is a great feeling to see some space in your clothing. I also have had to get new pants and belts. Recently I just bought a suit at the Men’s warehouse (a few months ago) and the pants are already loose on me due to the weight I have lost. Luckily the store has free lifetime alterations and pressing so I did not have to pay to get my pants smaller. Before I took this class I was not sure if I was getting enough nutrients to have a balanced diet that keeps me healthy throughout the day. My main goal is to lose my extra weight and keep it off. My joints such as my ankles and knees feel better from the 22 pounds I have lost so far and I can’t wait to lose more and feel so much better about myself. My self esteem has been better and I am not as shy now and walk proudly into any room now. My chin is a lot tighter and I don’t feel like there is fat there anymore. Currently I have been eating very healthy. I have been buying different fruits and vegetables that look good and have been juicing a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. I have found my bowel movements are much better due to this. Six months ago, I was eating very unhealthy. For breakfast I could have potato chips, a couple slices of bread with butter, and other processed snacks, for lunch I would have a baconator at Wendy’s, with a small fry, and a small soda, then for dinner I would eat whatever is at home. I used to eat lunch at 4pm and dinner at ten pm. Six months ago when I started dieting I ate earlier, lunch at2pm and dinner at 7. I also have in between snacks like carrots, apples, veggies, or cheese. I also ate full fat cheese
