Habits is a key of success and failure. To be a successful person, peoples are striving to pick up on and developed the good habits and stay away from their bad habits. Most habits are begin and even useful like brushing your teeth, automatically using a turn signal when driving and so on. Yet habits can also be horribly destructive such as in the case of those persons who continue to use alcohol and drugs in a destructive fashion even when the negative results are obvious. People thought It is hard to quit a bad habits. However, whether it’s smoking, over-eating, sleeping too much or just something you don’t want to do anymore, a bad habit can be overcome quickly and easily if your resolve is strong enough. The effective ways to break a bad habits are identify it, take steps, record, tell, learning a good habit, no excuse policy The first step to breaking the bad habits is to identify them. Bad habits is something we do over and over again, something we do consistently over time without realizing it. So breaking a bad habits should be among your first priorities to get it out of your life. Only after identifying them can you decide to do something about them. Ask yourself three questions. When you start the habit? How you start the habit? And lastly, What harms does this habit brings? For example, my brother used to smoke since he was 18 years old. He started it because he was influenced by his so called friends. He started it more frequently when he facing stress for his studies, and then became his habit. This popular bad habits caused him financial burden, affects the relationship between parents with him and will brings harm to his health in the future. After he identify his habit, he decided to break this habit and start finding the effective way to solve this problem. Only after identify the habit clearly, you can proceed to the next step.
