In-Class Essay—Privacy on the Internet Assignment: In 4-5 well-developed paragraphs, write an essay evaluating how current issues of invasion of privacy and information tampering through the Internet and social media are reflected in Orwell’s 1984. Please type a thorough outline before you come to class that contains a thesis statement, topic sentences, and quotations. This and your texts will be the only materials allowed during the in-class essay. Audience: Write so that someone not in our class can understand your ideas. Assume that your audience has not read the articles but has read 1984.
