Introduction The planet is composed of a variety of species including the most important: the human species, because within this specie there is always a constant exchange of ideas and complex relationships, constantly some problems arise due to misunderstanding and acceptance of the diversity of human being, acceptance of the value of its cultural identity and recognition of an universal human condition. The diversity of the human being is synthesized in gender, ethnic and cultural differences. The cultural perspective emphasizes the differences given in groups, spaces and certain traditions. This means that the circumstances of each individual from birth, determine their behavior, likes, language, perceptions and even how to gather together, all human beings are intensely social; the relationship and coexistence with other individuals from different groups highlights discrepancies in a society with cultural diversity. The world would be easier to understand if one starts from understanding and acceptance of diversity. The fact is that all human beings are more alike than we can imagine, perhaps more alike than different, except for gender differences; most differences are characteristics of each individual are acquired according to the circumstances of birth, growth, development and coexistence in a group or society. If everyone were against inequality, racism, oppression and discrimination, and in solidarity with the minorities, by understanding and respecting the sexual differences and preferences, supporting the elderly, supporting women in need and any individual whose lives are in disadvantage, we would be sharing the same and perfect world and we would be enjoying an harmonious life, we would know more about brotherhood and peace, mainly because we all belong to the same group; the human being.
