Everything does not always happen in the ways we hope so it is usual that we may cry or to bluster ourself into anger when something does not occur as our expectation. It is not totally a bad habbit unless we let bad emotions controls us. So why should we learn how to control it ? Above of all, bad emotions can affect everyone around you. Imagine that how bad it is in case you lose temper and take it out on others. For example, after stressful working time all day long, some people are very easy to get angry and say rough words to co-workers, friends or family. They do not behave like that on purpose but it can make others sad very much. Even worse, it also can hurt their beloved. Besides, if you force yourself to resist or hide bad emotions instead of handling it in right way, there are not little of harmful influence for your health. Preventing your emotions will cause some serious health problems such as cancer, high pressure in blood, heart attack. It is not too hard to avoid these risks for your health. You absolutely can get the command of bad emotions by simple ways. When you start to feel angry, you should remove from situation at once and take deep breath until you are better. Then, doing something active like taking a walk or bike ride, doing workout, running because it will help you calm down and prevent you from breaking something or hitting someone or even hurting youself. Such ways are not well-suited with you for few reasons. You can not do these activities? Do not worry.
