Ageing is a process of person getting older with a period of time. There are many changes occur in human body that comes along with ageing. The most important changes are their cell or organs start functioning very low. Appearances get changed. More ever body immune system, which fight against the disease or viruses functioning very bad.
The Aging Musculoskeletal System The Aging Musculoskeletal System As the body ages many problems can occur. It is important to understand the causes and effects of as many of these processes as possible so that the elderly can continue to live as independant and productive members of society. This paper will discuss three specific occurrences and how they may effect the daily life of an 84 year old thin, small boned white female. With a diagnoses of osteoporosis there is a marked loss of bone density. When a person is relatively young bone is built up faster than it is reabsorbed.
Even from a few months old they will smile and engage with their carer and by four months can vocalise by ‘babbling’ and ‘cooing’. From six months old an infant will become more interested in social interaction, although that depends on the amount of time spent with other children and his/hers personality, they will also have a fear of strangers and distress at the separation of a parent or carer. By the time they are nine months old an infant can recognise familiar and unfamiliar faces. From one year ‘temper tantrums’ may have begun. They become more demanding and assertive and can express rage at being told ‘no’, they have no idea of sharing and a strong sense of ‘mine’.
1.1 Adults communicate with others because they may be trying to get their point across. Many also try to give instructions to someone for them to do something. Children communicate because they want their needs to be met and if they don’t they will not be able to improve their development, also they communicate to make friends and by doing this it will help with social and language development. Children communicate in many different ways for example; temper tantrums, simple sentences, crying, shouting and pointing. They are babies they can’t speak they cry and the parent/carer responds to the cry and deal with their need ‘Crying is your baby's way of communicating any or all of those needs (Farrell and Sittlington 2009, ICAN 2007) and ensuring a response from you (Farrell and Sittlington 2009)’.
These factors have a great affect on today’s teen’s rites of passage; acquiring a license for boys and dating for a girl. During adolescence, teens begin to re-evaluate their self-identity. Emphasis on social virtues such as being friendly, cooperative or kind: these traits reflect a teen’s need for social acceptance. How they are viewed by others is a big change coming from childhood. The need to fit in and be accepted is greater when a child reaches adolescence.
Task 3: Describe with examples the kinds of influences that affect children and young people`s development including: a) background b) health c) environment a) Some children don`t experience a lot of support at home. Parents/Carers use the TV or Computer as a “babysitter” and don`t spend a lot of quality time with their children. Those children will fall behind in their development. Children need interactions with adults and other children to learn social and language skills. On the other hand there are parents that are very protective over their children.
Some parents ignore to teach their children when they were young. It cause many children don’t care their behavior and they will get the wrong worldview. I like this book because that is a good advice for children and parents, it can help parents teach their children keep a good behavior when they were young. How to listening to the other people, that is a serious problem for children, especially for parents. Now, more and more children don’t like to listen to the other people.
Women may also experience psychological changes such as mood changes which could include depression, anxiety or tiredness and also insomnia. Hormones are also another physical aspect which changes as we get older. Hormones which usually change by decreasing as we get older are: ‘Aldosterone, calcitonin, growth hormone and renin. In women, estrogen and prolactin levels usually decrease significantly.’ These then cause older individual’s to experience changes such as additional hair growth on specific areas of their body. They tend to break up repeatedly with the same person, often get emotional and angry. We learn to trust and rely on others as an infant and that influences our relationship as adults. If parents of children this and traded children accordingly we may have adults who grow up to have healthy happy relationships. A child's early caregiver experiences are crucial in setting the stage for that child's ability to maintain intimate relationships in adulthood. A child needs consistent, nurturing caregiving in order to develop a secure base, in which the child feels that it is safe and protected in the world.
It starts at the moment a child is born and lasts a life time. Family is the strongest during a child's infancy/toddler years. During this a child learns from a family such things as; language abilities, body control, emotional control, rules of society, and moral values. Family also plays a key part in early sex-role socialization, racial/ethnic prejudices, and determining the childs attitude towards religion/culture. The power family has becomes weakened as a child becomes a teenager from the influence he/she has from peer groups and the media.
