The plan can be recorded or written or spoken and can be done for a single lesson or a number of lessons. The type of the support given by the practitioner depends on many things: their qualifications, experience and the job description. The role of the supporting teacher is to work in collaboration with the classroom teachers for achieving the development and the education of the children (including those with special educational needs). Reflective practice is regarded as a way of continuing improvement. This practice is a process active not a passive one. One way to improve your knowledge and also your skills is always to ask the feed-back from the teacher or you can also ask for feed-backs from your students. You can also keep a dairy on your teaching and read it and ask from feedback from your colleagues also if you will work as a part of a team. Students can use ICT to find out information and to gain new knowledge in several ways. They may find information on the Internet or by using an ICT-based encyclopaedia such as Microsoft Encarta. They may find information by extracting it from a document prepared by the teacher and made available to them with ICT, such as a document created using Microsoft Word or a Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow. They may find out information by communicating with people elsewhere using email, such as students in a different school or even in a different country. They may need to carry out calculations (eg. by using Microsoft Excel), or to check grammar and spelling in a piece of writing (perhaps using Microsoft Word), or they may need to remake a series of events (for example by re-ordering a series of Microsoft PowerPoint slides). Students can use ICT to present their work in a highly professional format. They can create documents and slideshows to demonstrate what they have learned, and then share this with other students, with their teacher, and even via email with people all around the world. The ICT brings a lot of benefits and contribute to the raise of standards in education.
