Duato wanted to express the love of peasants for their plot of land, their only home. Throughout the work the use of the element Space had been expressed by shape, direction, Pathways/floor patterns, spatial relationships, dimension and level. Through these elements it helps shows the meaning of an ‘enclosed garden’. Shape refers to an individual body shape, the way in which three dimensional spaces is used by the body and group formation. The close kinship arrangements of the san people are very important in all aspects. Their communities practice polygyny and men marry their brides before they reach maturity. Women are very important in their communities because of their position in helping provide food and care for the children, because of this they
They are able to find relatives on both sides of their family that do have water that are happy to share. This kinship creates a safety net for the San culture because they know they are a team and can always rely on one another.

Anthropology of Yanomami By: Rana Elahmad The Yanomami are a large population of indigenous Amerindian people in South America. They reside in the Amazon rainforest, among the hills that line the border between Brazil and Venezuela. Due to the remoteness of their residence, they had remained largely uncontacted by the outside world until the beginning of the 20th century. This allowed them to retain several aspects of their traditional culture and have been a subject of study by modern researchers. The word Yanomami means "human being" in their language.
The Yanomamo People Completely isolated, on the border between Venezuela and Brazil, a large tribe of Tropical Forest Indians reside, they are the Yanomamo people. “They number approximately 12,000 people and are distributed in some 125 widely scattered villages” (CBS, 1983). There are many differences between the Amazonian culture of the Yanomamo people and the North American culture that we are accustomed to, but similarities can also be seen. The Yanomamo people are composed from a patrillineal decent. The Yanomamo culture is favored toward the men of the kinship.
Each member of the family plays an important role, allowing them to join together in harmony. The relationships in Navajo society are very strong. Their system is organized in roles and expected role behavior which is used by the whole society. Every role open to man is also open to women leaving little room for economic domination of one partner over the other. The mother is the main provider and authority figure towards the children in the family.
