Although, to his dismay, despite his power establishing play on the field, his grades weren’t up to par enough to receive college scholarships. So, still with his love for the game, he played his first two years of college football at City College along with his childhood friend Al “A. C.” Cowlings. He played as a star. When he had dreams of greatness, he didn’t hesitate one bit to share with his brothers and dad. (Sauberman) Ultimately, due to misjudgments and mistakes the Iroquois Theater burned down, killing a total of 602 people; because of this, stricter theater fire codes were passed. During Christmas vacation a play called Mr. Bluebeard was playing at the Iroquois Theater; and parents took their children to see it. At the beginning of the second act of the play, a spark from an arc light flared up and caught a drop curtain on fire. At first audience members didn’t think much of the flash of light, thinking it was part of the play. (Taylor) The spark then burst into flames, with the fire expanding rapidly behind the stage.
Chris had many problems growing up he thrived off of his peers laughter and enjoyment but his biggest priority was making his dad proud which caused him so much grief and psychological problems through his life. Smoke Signals The film opened with such tragedy as Thomas’ mother and father died due to a fire in their home. Thomas was always telling stories and joking while Victor was more quite and assertive . Both boys faced difficulties during their youth and never really got along until they embarked on a journey to collect Arnold's remains. I thought the entire trip was very noble and inspiring. Both boys learned a lot about themselves and each other.

This situation makes his reminisce about his own fathers passing of cancer harder because all he remembers is how much pain he suffered and the guilt that he wasn’t there while he was dying. When he mentions this to his mother her reaction is the most important quote in the film, “It doesn’t matter how he died, your father’s death was not the sum of his life, it doesn’t matter how life ends it matters how it was.” Nick’s life had been carefree, his work as a photographer had enabled him to travel around the world with no responsibilities. This changed when he had come back home to help out his mother and as he mentions, “I hung round cose I was a bit worried about mum, I even brought a place as an investment for the future. I thought I would live in it for awhile before I go back overseas.” This quote lets us know that in truth Nick is really looking for someone to share his life with and offer his him support whilst dealing with his cancer.

Bill Clinton was and is a truly great leader he showed numerous qualities that are essential to good leadership history is sure to remember him just as fondly as people do now. He was looked upon as a hero even by Atticus and Mr. Tate. Boo Radley is very courageous for saving the children’s lives’. But that is not all he has done, Boo Radley stands up against danger on behalf of what society thinks of him. Like how he shows his face to the others when he returns Scout home since he saved her. He didn’t care what they thought of him because he knew already that almost everyone in Maycomb spreads terrible rumors about him so he was fearless.
It was effected by the collision in the Halifax Harbor led to the biggest man made explosion in the world before the era of the atomic bomb on December 6th, 1917. Most children were going to school and were on there way; that means most children died rather than adults. It also destroyed the town and that took about 2 years to repair. At the time no one knew what to do they were freaking out because of all these disasters that happened. Most people were distracted by all the fire and such that they didn’t move a one bit; they just stood there.
