B. The topic and issues of this article are that kids in school are not participating in class as much as they should and then they aren’t learning the material they are supposed to.

Overall, students will be challenging themselves and they would not develop practical skills. Graff believes schools should integrate nonacademic interests as objects of academic study, such as street smart, to the traditional education system. He explains that kids who are street smart do not have interest in the traditional education system and therefore, do not do well in their academic studies. Personally school systems from my perspective are not at the best they can be. The concern of all students and the education they receive seems to be very low. The law “No students left behind”, needs to be enforced more than it has been previously and as it is being enforced today. The film Waiting For Superman addressed the fact that a lot of students do not have the opportunity to get a good education, so there for students are being left behind.
Why?
