Worst Job Ever

Working at a fast-food restaurant was the worst summer job I ever had. It was the end of my freshmen year of high school. I wanted to have extra cash in my pocket; therefore I applied for a job opening at McDonalds. McDonalds is a highly known fast-food restaurant that I started with in the food industry, but it quickly became the worst job I ever had. I had to wake up at 9am, 4 days a week, and had to be there at 11:30am. With the obnoxiousness of rude customers, the simplistically constant tasks I had to perform, the manager's terrible treatment of employees, and working at a place like this; I didn't really care about my appearance much. First when I waited on the first customer, the next customer just barged in the store, and demanded to be served. Then later on that day a customer just came in the restaurant, and started to bang on all our tables to catch our attention and we had about ten others customers before him too. This was almost like a daily routine. I was so sick and tired of it. These people were like animals in the wild. In addition to rude customers, we do the same thing everyday. There is no challenge in the job duties that we are required to do on a daily basis. We stock the fridge with frozen goods; fry them also. Basically we 'flip, wrap, and go. Not to mention, we also clean the tables and bathrooms like we were living slaves. Doing all of this actually wasn't worth it. We were only paid minimum wage of $5.15 an hour. To top it off, we have rude managers that didn’t know how to treat their co-workers right. I dropped a pile of napkins on the floor one day and one of the mangers simply scolded me and said; "can't you be a bit more careful?” Then this other day as I was putting away merchandise, I accidentally dropped it and then angrily my manager yelled; "pay attention to what you’re doing!"
