So to prevent or to decrease the workplace violence government must do the following: • Guns & weapons trading restrictions • Antiviolence laws and regulations enforcement • Increase companies awareness about workplace violence prevention • Active auditing to review companies workplace violence prevention system and procedures • Increase awareness for managerial position how to treat problems with their employees Governments should find more and more ways to increase awareness and to reduce such like murders. B) Security system According to antiviolence laws and regulations and regarding previous workplace violence in the same company or in another, companies must have a powerful security system and team which is well trained to prevent such like murders, there are some recommendations here like: • Use metals detect gates, which decrease the entry of weapons and guns. • Use monitoring systems to control all departments • Use the magnetic visitor cards for monitoring the visitors movements inside firms. • Use easy and useful alarming systems • Use easy and useful SOS devices • Contact managers and supervisors to detect any suspicious activities for such like employees.
