Working environment How to generate a perfectly efficient working place? 1. Physical needings - Ergonomic placement - Noise - Lightning - Using technology - Air conditioning 2. Psychological needings - Enough personal spaces - Design of public spaces - Physical space effects on communication between co-workers - Averting stress and chaos Working environment is a place where that one works. Not only office buildings, hospitals, schools, libraries etc; but also everywhere that some job has to be done in some place can be described as a work place. A craft for a fisher, construction sites for workers, spacecraft for an astraonout can be a spontaneous work place, but, architects can make differences and affect on designable work environments, more than spontaneous ones. At the present day, a work environment is a place is where modern people spent their time as much as they spent in their living environment. A suitable, efficient, comfortable and responsible for personal and integrity needings working place generates workers a better working area, thus, people gets more creative, productive, safe and happy at work. The aim of this research to find out how to create a working place that gives people 100% efficiency. Physical and psychological needings are requirements of a working environment which provides the ambience that explained above. Physical needings is one of the most important requirements to be supplied for an efficient working place. To begin with, ergonomic placement in the working areas is too important for people working.
