I quickly wanted to get this 12 hours over with and did not want to prolong it any further. I conducted this experiment from 12 PM to 12 AM on the same Monday that she gave us this experiment. Walking to and from class was not as relaxing as it usually was. Instead of listening of music I was surrounded by numerous of conversations that I really had no care
Ugh!” “I will see. You shouldn’t be waiting until the last minute it” “Thanks! Why don’t you just use a more reliable company? Comcast sucks!” I cannot count the number of times I have had this conversation with my mother. I rely on media technology every day.
My schedule doesn’t allow for a lot of give, so everything I do is with purpose and on time. I forget that not everyone has the same regimen and need to be so time conscience. I am also not good at adapting to change, which is a critical skill I need to work on. In being with the same company for so long, we have seen our fair share of change, and I do eventually come around, but I think I could do it faster and better if I were more flexible and adaptive when I first become aware of changes on the way. Sometimes we learn of change the day of, via email, and it definitely throws me for a loop.
These narratives help convey that the major purpose of technology is to help mankind. In the last few years, as the narratives show, technology has become a greater part of everyday life. On Saturday and Sunday the habit will carry over forcing them to wake up and start their day. It may be difficult to remember where and why a certain habit has been adopted unless you really focused on finding its origin. The common belief is that we simply adopt our parent’s habits (development, 2010). I was up for the challenge even though I had nothing to lose, but had much to gain. Due to the challenges I faced with my divorce, and the resignation of my job, I felt I losed everything I worked hard for. However, in the mist of having both it was tearing me apart for years. Therefore, difficult decisions had to be made in other to find myself again. Having peace in my life was not an option anymore.

Pretty much everything the Army uses for communication. I was at Ft. Gordon for a while, I brought my Cell and Laptop. When I first got there, they tried to take it away, because the first part is a Basic Training Environment. Not so much stress, but you don't really have alot of freedom. From there you move up to other levels that allow you to go out on weekends, then eventually stay out for the whole weekend.
The amount of data and free press is unprecedented and as someone who has grown up with such technology virtually constantly at my side it not difficult to immerse myself in this digital age and culture of limitless connectivity. For better or for worse, the internet has undoubtedly had an impact on my life. It can be, if you so wish it to be a wholly welcoming world – when you have the ability to contact the billions around the globe. They say that university is much different to high school in that now you are exposed to so many different people from such vastly varying backgrounds that it is hard to form the stereotypical clique and be as discriminatory.
