In the Wheatley Stables of Mr. Henry’s farm, was born a young fold named Scarlet. Scarlet was beautiful, she was white, taller than any other fold, with thick muscular legs and had a long shiny mane which brought out all her stunning good looks but from them all, she was the most untamable. She was the perfect candidate for becoming a race winning horse. To tame Scarlet was a mission for Mr. Henry so he called in Mark O’Bryan. Mark could turn any horse into race snatcher. He spent days and nights, months and years training Scarlet to be a race horse. Over the years these two have created a bond so tight that only he could touch her. With her dashing good looks and her unnatural behavior, Mark called her “Wild Beauty”. As years went by Scarlet stole almost any race and the whole world knew her as Wild Beauty. By now, at the age of 14, she was already worth R2 million and stole the lens of all cameras nearby. Her success brought Mr. Henry enormous wealth but his gambling and alcohol addiction made sure his newly attained wealth disappear. He was soon taking loans from banks just to support his addiction to alcohol and gambling. As time passed by his addiction increased and so did his debt, this made him a wanted man. On fools day, 1999, Wild Beauty had mysteriously died. The Death of Scarlet was known around the world and many mourned her death. Mark, the one that loved Scarlet the most, was the most affected by her death, it left him emotionally disfigured. He did not speak ever again after 1 April 1999. Shortly after the death, investigation took place. Investigators found that Scarlet had been beaten in the head repeatedly with an iron shovel. There were no possible suspects since Wild Beauty was loved and admired by all. Many days after, Mr. Henry had declared himself debt free and had a new race horse in the Wheatley Stables on his farmyard. This was all
