To make sure that all employees are health and safety trained and keeps them all up to date with any changes. Only let employees that are trained to do certain jobs do so. Make sure all equipment is in full working order and maintenance checks are kept up to date. Supply any personal protective clothing as needed. Make sure that the work place is a safe environment to work in.
Rome Empire was so successful and strong because no civilization has contributed more to Western thought, expanded so much, and spread so much influence. The Roman Empire became the most advanced empire during its time and was supported by its massive and undefeatable army, which provided security and peace for its people and conquered lands. Roman highways and roads were among the most stable roads ever constructed until the modern ear. Roman Empire also had a stable free-market economy with a robust currency and an enormous, complicated system of public works. The Roman Empire, which existed from 100 BC-50 AD, was a great civilization.
His attempt to revive the Roman Empire was a successful one, both in terms of power and longevity. Justinian’s legacy would be that of the most successful Emperor of the Byzantine Empire. The empire expanded under Justinian because of his ability to pick exceptional advisors. The men that he gave power to owed this to him, and were very loyal. Despite many periods of financial and military crisis where the empire faced threats from all sides, it always managed to come through, often due to the Emperor’s advisors.
So don’t trouble yourself because I am very trained and protected. I am also equipped with very well made weapons. The practices we do are really meaningful to me because I get more skilled after each one. I think my muscles are gaining each day. It is a very rough journey through training and war but I feel I am strong and can make it through.

He was definitely a very influential person for future leaders and his decisions shaped the way that todays leaders go about their duties. Judging by the character, military skills and political strategies of Alexander of Macedonia, it is just to conclude that he was in fact “great”. Alexander often used political strategies to further his success in a foreign area, gaining the respect of his future subjects; this being one way he earns the title “great”.

These time management skills have already helped me and I know that they will continue to benefit me. I have become very organized since I enrolled in the JROTC program. I have learned how to keep records and files neat and in order. I have also learned how to keep a good schedule and how to run a task smoothly and easily. Organization skills are very important because the tasks of life run a lot easier when you know where to find something as opposed to stressing out over finding something in a mess.
