1. What are the qualities of a good leader? Use examples from your personal experiences to illustrate your particular leadership style. When people are trapped in a dilemma, there is always a person who appears to save the people from the predicament and lead them into a bright future. The person's name is leader. He or she has comprehensive abilities such like profound knowledge, acute insight, fast judgment or sense of justice that normal people don't have. However, although almost the leaders have advanced abilities which are necessary and fundamental, there are still two moral qualities that they should have which are the courage to take responsibility and the demeanor without arrogance and prejudice. First and foremost, as a triton of the minnows, a leader has to take greater responsibility. This makes me recall a sentence in the movie "Spider Man": "With great power comes great responsibility." Now that a person was chosen to be the leader, he or she has to realize that there is no way to escape because the leader is the person who people rely on. Fortunately, I believe that through years of schooling study and special performance experiences, I’ve already possessed several potentials to be a leader. In my high school, I was a member of Jinfan orchestra held by my high school. It is really national famous orchestra which had won the first prize of the national high school orchestra competition. As the best high school orchestra in my country, without a doubt, it has a lot of strict rules. I am one team leader of the orchestra. In academic aspect, I tried my best to get the top of our class; besides the Orchestra I also took part in other different kinds of activities to improve my comprehensive abilities. Nevertheless, all of these abilities in different aspects are not enough. I always believe that the courage to take responsibility is the point.
