I know as a future health and physical education teacher, this is an extremely valuable insight to have. For me the key to everything I want to teach my students is based on personal values and ideas about individual health and fitness. I do truly believe that if having a healthy mind and body wasn’t important to me, I would never be successful in relaying that concept to my students. I also know that as educators, we need to keep in mind that each of our students are individuals and we cannot expect them to find value in all of our teachings. However, keeping that in mind, if we are creative in helping them to discover said values, they will have better chance of learning to appreciate them.
Mercy medical center is another place I would enjoy working for. Their Mission statement is strong and clear; Dignity Health and its sponsoring congregations are committed to furthering the healing ministry of Jesus. Dignity Health dedicates its resources to: Delivering compassionate, high quality, affordable health services; Serving and advocating for our sisters and brothers who are poor and disenfranchised; Partnering with others in the community to improve the quality of life. -http://redding.mercy.org/Who_We_Are/Mission_Vision_And_Values/index.htm. That is very important to me when choosing where to work.
Your credential(s) requires you to continue your learning and skill developments to maintain your credential(s). When you have credential(s) it gives you professional recognition and credibility, professional achievement, career advancements, professional opportunities, personal accomplishment as well as higher pay. Certification also improves quality and safety. It gives patients a start on how they can expect their level of care that they will receive from your healthcare facility. What is the importance of becoming a nationally credentialed medical assistant?
Working in the Health and Social Care industry I think the most important thing is the service users and our health and social care workers and their happiness. The more I reflect and enhance my own knowledge the more effective the learning and training will be. We also have to take responsibility for our own behaviour on people that we manage and train and encourage them to show positive behaviour too. 1.2 – Analyse potential barriers to professional development There are a number of barriers within my role. Once the barriers have been identified I should look to overcome these.

The people who work in health services, whatever the sector, need to be well supported to attain the right professional and clinical skills, as well as providing care with compassion, kindness, and respect for people. A anesthesiologist usually is a physician trained in anesthesia and perioperative medicine.
Taking care of others and showing compassion gives me courage and strength. I want to be loyal to my patients as well as my employer. I have always dreamed of following in my mother's footsteps and dedicating my life to caring for others. I plan to work in a doctors office in my local community so my duties would include things such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking patients vital signs, and collecting specimens like blood and urine.
Flexibility is necessary because in the medical field you have to be able to accept changes and adapt to them with relative ease. I believe that the skills I already have are good for success in college and success in life. The skills I don’t have are the ones that would be best used in my future career, and could be useful in college and
