One day, Tina goes shopping with her friends. When she passes through a cloth store, she finds a beautiful dress. She likes the dress very much. So, she enters into the store. The clerk advises Tina to try on the dress. Tina brings the dress to the fitting room happily and dreams how beautiful she will be. However, she finds that she can’t zip the dress up because of her figure. How embarrassing it is! But such cases appear very often in our society because people get too much weight results from bad eating habits, lack of exercises, and healthy problem in mental and physical. Today, bad eating habits become one of the causes of getting too much weight. In the twenty-first century, food is often made with high calories materials, such as flour, sugar, and unhealthy oil and so on. When these materials add together, it is hard to imagine how high the calories are. Besides, eating night snack becomes a custom for most modern people. This society creates a circumstance which allows people to sleep late. Therefore, people are very easy to eat night snack because of the hunger of sleeping late. Modern people’s work time is very long. Then often need to work until nine o’clock at night. On weekends, they often need to go to their company for business purposes. They almost do not have much time to exercise. Besides, modern public transportation system is too convenient. People just sit their seats. MRT, buses, trains will take them to everywhere they want. But the most important element of lack of exercises is personal laziness. Although people don’t have much leisure time; however, they still can use the scrappy time to do some simple exercises.
