Exercise is a good way to feel healthy and good about one’s self. It makes anyone have more energy to get around in a better mood. Most people who don’t exercise move around slow, and in a terrible mood. In America most of the world is overweight or obese and lives on junk food and video games. It’s all right to eat junk food and play video games every now and than, but make sure that sometime in ones day he or she finds time to exercise to make there self feel better. I will tell you explain ways exercise can help your breathing, the immune system, and prevent diseases to help improve for a longer and better life. One reason exercise is good for a person’s health is that it improves breathing. Have anyone ever watched a person who works out all the time breathing patterns. Usually if that person doesn’t do drugs, his or her breathing pattern is smooth, and should last long while running or doing anything active. Take a person who doesn’t workout at all and let them play against a person who does workout often in basketball, the person who doesn’t workout is most likely to be gasping for air and will need more breaks for water. Exercising will help you control breathing making it easier to breathe when getting involved in active activates. My second reason exercise is good for a person’s health is that it boots the immune system in ones body. Exercising just thirty minutes a day can help anyone from getting sick a lot. Just walking, running, or just being active for thirty minutes a day can keep a persons endurance up for unexpected viruses and diseases. Having a strong immune system comes in great use when times come around for flu seasons, summer clod, and winter cold. The more a person exercise, the stronger the immune system is to protect itself from getting sick. Keeping a good Immune system will keeps a body from getting sick more often than, on a normal
