My son Kaleb was born May 24 2008, and from that moment on I wanted to give him everything he deserves. I tried to go back to college right after my son was born, but I had no idea what I wanted to do for my future and taking care of Kaleb wasn't cheap. I was constantly working to pay for the expenses of Kaleb, while paying for the rest of the expenses I had. Finally four years later, I made the best decision I could for my family and that was going back to school. One of the many reasons why I came back was that I did not was to continue being in a factory the rest of my life.
He mentioned, “I would have quit even these motions, unless I had received the motivation I did.” (X 640). Criminals/prisoners need support too! The reason this is, they all were given two choices in reality rehabilitation or education for free, an equal opportunity that would not be the same situation outside the prison walls. Inasmuch, if we support criminals they will less likely return to old habits because they would be educated and have more opportunities provided. Lastly, we can thank the educated few that inspired and drove Malcolm to change his
Stability is one of the reasons why I chose to return to school because I would someday be able to help my father the way he helped me and my family for myself as well. When I first started Ashford University online degree program, I thought that it would be difficult and kind of strange that I waited so many years to decide to go back to school. However, then I realized there really was no reasons to feel
I’m a father of two awesome sons name Cameron and Jonathon, and I have a beautiful step-daughter name Kristen. My wife is also going back to school to get her degree in education. I have been thinking a long time about going back to school and I felt that it was time to do it. I want to better my life for my kids and show them that an education is very important. I had a lot of dead end jobs that lead nowhere and felt that I should go back to school and get my degree.
Decision-Making Process Paper MGT/230 Bonnie Mason January 20, 2014 Going back to school has to be one of the hardest decisions that I have ever made. I had so many different things that were running through my head. “It is easy to become so focused on maximizing on one goal that you lose sight of other important goals. You’re optimizing if you make sure that no important result suffers too much unnecessarily.” I had so much focus in my family that I had forgotten what it truly was that made me happy and why I really needed to go back to school. I have always wanted to be on the top of the pole in the career area.
Bearing in mind that this is the 21st century, there is nothing as important as education. The educational requirements in any field of employment require that a person’s level of education be rather high. Therefore, it is important that all the people in my community access high levels of education so that they can be able to cope with the changing world and in turn, cause my community to experience sustainable development. I have observed that youths from minority groups largely drop out of school before graduation and this has led to low graduation rates in our school districts. The low graduation rate is not good for my community because it will lead to increase in the degree of unemployment and this may trigger the rate of crime.
After his mother passed away Prince William had to adjust to not having his carefree and loving mother around to help him into becoming a great man. Everyone in the royal family helped the young Princes to grow up to be successful in adult life even though something tragic happened to them (Biography 2014). There were a lot of positive influences in Prince Williams’s life that helped him to become the man that many people now see (Biography 2014). With the royal family keeping him out of the media spotlight young William got to grow up normal without thinking just because he was royal he should be treated better than anyone else (Biography 2014). The royal family wanted the young Princes to grow up as normal as possible considering who they will
Some of these schools do not have the needed funds to implement these polices, but people within the community do. The children in our schools right now are our future leaders and we need to ensure they live a long healthy life. They are the ones who will be running this country in a few years; health problems due to obesity will impair their abilities to perform at their best and will shorten their lives. We need to care for our young to ensure the nations future. We need to show them that they matter to us by implementing health polices and by helping fund school
Right now in America dental assisting is very novice to get into and learn but you require a lot of attention to detail and schooling. Like I said competence plays a big role in the dental field and if you're not familiar or proficient in your required skills and the aspect of your job, you can become expendable. You have to be willing to learn and do more and build more credentials. Therefore if you like kids you can become a pediatric assistant or if you’re into surgeries you can become an oral surgery assistant but if you just like general dentistry then a regular dental assistant is more your forte. I know what you’re thinking though, why haven’t I mentioned anything about being a dentist, well to become a dentist it’s going to require more education and long years of training.
Coming from a big family I have seen certain family members struggle in life simply because they did not have an educational background. This has only motivated me to want to finish getting my degree so I can hopefully find a great career in the near future. Going through everything I did with my family in the past will benefit me as I begin this degree program also because when I finish I hope I will have inspired other members in my family to finish school also. Being African American has set me back in life a few times but every since I experienced that it has only made me more determined to finish school. This way, the next time I apply for a job they will be too impressed with my educational background to turn me
